This was a very important message from Hal that he got across so well. I love the It Gets Better campaign, too.
And Awww Chris, feeling like an outsider is never fun.  I fully empathize with those strong feelings. There's still great strides certain narrow-minded members of our society need to take towards the path of enlightenment of other people's struggles. It's quite sad that so many still do not get it or won't even try.  __________________

Aww, thank you both.
I really did "click" when I was in Toronto. That's why I want to get as close as possible, and be able to hop over to it easily and often.  Can't wait.  Daggi, I'm glad you were able to find the solution for you. That's great. __________________

I was so happy to get a positive response from my friend yesterday. It made it all that much more real that I'm going!! Less than two weeks now.  And I tweeted about going to see Hal, and he liked it. I also said I was going to see him in a couple weeks during his HSRPM yesterday, and he was like, "Oh yeah, Zelda? You're coming to the DC show?" __________________

 Hal was playing acoustic guitar and singing during his post show yesterday. I requested ONE line of "Proud"...never thought he'd actually do it. Then he started singing, "I look into the windoooooow, of my miiiiiind..."  And he sang the whole first verse for me. That made my day. Still smiling about it.  Less than a week til I see him live!! __________________
