I liked that in the end he let Justin make his own decisions even if he didn't agree with them.

Their relationship has matured :)

It's only natural :)

and one thing i like about brian's character is that brian lets justin make his own mistake so that justin will realize eventually the weight of his decision. i think it's very... liberating, and justin was able to make decisions without having to worry about brian agreeing or not. it's really something i enjoyed during the series. even during the pink posse. even if it got me thinking a while just how much brian does worry for justin, cos one wrong gunshot etc will definitely change the course.

It's quite a step forward from "it's your call where you want to be" :sigh:

I think Brian trusted Justin to do the right thing in the end, and he was right I guess, since Justin did do the right thing, leaving all behind before it became too late.

Justin is a good person and he would never harm anyone.

aabf 01-09-2013 04:50 PM

Once Justin got rid of the anger he still had from his own bashing, he was ready to move on and finally realized how crazy and hateful the other guy was.

Manu9 01-11-2013 04:34 PM

He needed to let out some of the anger he still had inside and he never let out before.

Plus it may not seem like it at the time but despite the fact Justin tried to keep Brian away from what he went through during the PP phase I think deep down it meant a lot to him to know Brian was there to support him. I think it was also important to him to know he has a safe place to come back to since he was practically living with Brian at the loft even if he was 'officialy' still Daphne's roomate ;)

I'm glad Justin realized that shooting Chris wouldn't solve a thing.

Manu9 01-13-2013 09:36 AM

More violence is never a good answer to violence.

WildRose 01-13-2013 11:39 AM

I don't think Justin would have gone so far with it, actually.

galesgirl645 01-13-2013 01:20 PM

Although I have to say I enjoyed Chris acting afraid

WildRose 01-13-2013 11:06 PM

Chris Hobs is not an easy character to play at all but I have to say the actor did a great job. I rarely watch that scene but it's quite intense and dramatic.

I would have liked it if there was another scene where Justin came back to the loft after his dramatic confrantation with Chris. I guess Brian would have waited for him there.
