Looking for a song!!

Looking for the song that play's at the end of season 2 episode 20 when justin leaves with Ethan. The song is on the Netflix version and the Amazon version not the original version.

Lyrics: "So trust in me no one can be trusted it's the same the world over, let's plant some gulags, roses with their thorns, bitter and sweet clinging together, in every human form, so good luck and godspeed we're finally on our own"

hi

since I only own the original version and never heard the new one, I'm probably not a big help, but I know that a lot of the repladement songs where writtenbespecially for the occasion, so they probably aren't available as a whole

but maybe somebody else knows more?
