I think Ben was good for Michael, but I don't think Ben was hot at all. I'm sure I'm the minority.

Yeah... Ben wasn't hot for me too. Ben was good very temporary for Michael. I'm not a fun of them.

I think it was Ben who helped Michael feel he was worthy of being loved. Ben never tried to control him, as the other one did in S1. He treated him like a child. In fact, everyone treated Michael like a child until Ben.

Real talk, sometimes Ben could really be lowkey-highkey verbally and emotionally abusive whenever he was not in a good place.
 Namely during the steroids story line... he was harsh towards Michael. Almost drove Michael to do something very drastic that one time with the needle. I understand no one can control your actions or make you do something, but it was intense what he experienced with Ben. Michael was willing to do anything to coney the magnitude of hurt Ben was causing under the influence of that stuff.Not a big fan of any of that. However, they really had their moments when they were the very best. __________________

Ben wasn't so perfect as it can seems. Denise put it very well. He had abusive moments too. And Michael changed being with him, not all good stuff.
Michael always saw and think what was good for him would be good for the others, he was blinded and it never changed, not really. With Ben he just flew to other direction, but like before it was all the same with different wrapping. |

I was not always a huge fan of their dynamic when it comes to Ben's passive aggressiveness, but they did share a strong bond and had some of the best moments.

I think they would break up later. I don't think dav would change. Maybe Michael would for him, that is an option.
