I second everything Do just said and wanted to add that I do know some straight male fans, but they either post solely on a German board or they refuse to "out themselves" that they watch this show. But maybe some will finally come here? :)

i like the show for the well written scripts, excellent acting, deep characters, and involving and complex story lines. i won't let an occasional gay sex scene ruin that for me :). i also supprt gay rights and marriage 100%. these people who say it defiles the sanctity of marriage are completey full of it. do they know how many straight people get married only to stay in the USA, or for money? isn't that much worse than a couple of guys who are truly in love? ok i'm just ranting now...

although i wouldn't admit to my roommates that i watch the show...
they give me enough **** as it is :D

I just remembered my brother watched it the first time I ever saw the show but I think it was because it was a group thing since my other two cousins were with us when we watched it otherwise I don't think he would've watched it.
