Hi all, I have been seeing previews non-stop for this show. There is this one funny preview where Aly's character is talking to the one guy and she says something like "You are TOO old to be afraid of opening a champange bottle!" Cut them sitting on the kitchen floor, he goes to open it, she screams and then cut to them on couch...she's wearing an eye patch. She was also kissing the guy in a couple of scenes after that..hmm.
I really hope this show sticks around once it premieres, the hardest thing for me would be if it's not given a chance...the 2nd hardest thing for me is going to trying to get back into the groove of Aly playing a heterosexual character.  long time no see on this board, I'm glad I stopped by.  es ladies!Mel  __________________

I'm really excited to see this show! From all the reviews I read, this show and Everybody Hate Chris are the best new comedies.

Oh, i just can't wait to see this show. The anticipation to see it is just killing me, along with Nicholas Brendon's new show, Kitchen Confidential. By the way, when does the show premiere?

Just a little update. Kristen from E! Online has rated her Top 10 best Freshman shows this year, with How I Met Your Mother in position 3. Stating (and i agree): "Not only does Mother have the best cast of any new show this season, it's the first comedy with a laugh track in nearly five years that I actually want to see more of.".

So that name I guess would make sense then.
It looks like Alyson will be starring in a new comedy show premiering this September on CBS called "How I Met Your Mother". She will be working right along with actors Neil Patrick Harris ("Doogie Howser, M.D."), Josh Radnor ("The Court"), and Jason Segel ("Freaks and Geeks"). Glad that she's heading back to work!
