Zari was doing all these upgrades to the ship (which Gideon hated), and then in the time loop episode, when Sara told her to just do a routine diagnostic and maintenance, she was pulling out cables and such until she got that neon green goo in her mouth, which led to her Gideon-induced hallucination. Then in Ep 10, I remember after Sara apologized to the team for hurting them, both Zari and Wally left to work on the ship. And then when Rip took the WR's time drive and was sacrificing himself to buy the Legends some time, Zari and Wally left to get the time drive from the jump ship and put it in the WR (or something like that), so they could time-jump away. Plus, she uploaded her time-loophole program into Gideon.

It may not seem like she's doing as much as Jax (like building a whole new library and bridge, though why not an extra bathroom? ), but out of all the Legends now, I think she's the one who works on the ship most.
