It seems like the person was just showing love for his comic book (non-JSA) character.
He is a comic book character after all....

It's a travesty we might not ever see a real important JSA character in Hawkman in the JSA group.

I just feel for Falk though. It's difficult to know what his potential would've been since he was never given a fair chance.
