Hawkman, Obsidian, Doctor Fate, Jay Garrick, and Hourman (tie between Rex and Android....)
I was going to add Spectre because he's one of the most intriguing JSA members.
I liked Jesse Quick as well.
Red Tornado is also a great betraying character.

Oh I love Powergirl as well.
