RULES
Free Agency Starts December 26th, and ends on January 20th.
If you are not pleased with a character you have on your list, you can only add/drop characters up to 2 times per week. However, you can make trades whenever up until January 20th. The new free agency week starts every Monday!

WHO CAN I DRAFT??? THE DRAFT TIME? WHO CAN JOIN? PRIZES?!!! MORE INFO? ASK HERE.

1. Wait your turn to draft, so basically Dave has to make his selection first. AFTER he makes his selection, Tia goes, AFTER Tia makes her selection, Sarah goes and so on.
Than after Jules, it goes to ROUND 2. This same format will keep going until we hit Round #8, which will be the final round. Depending on how quick we all are, this should last an hour.

2. There will be a free agency period where you can add and drop characters, you can drop up to 2 character a week during the draft game. The free agency ends on January 20, 2017.

3. After the draft on December 26, everyone's list is released on December 27, and the competition really begins on January 2, 2017, and lasts to February 20, 2017.
Characters go up against each other. The way to win is to know information about the characters you select. Everyone has up to 24 HOURS to respond to their challenge questions, if they don't. The point is given to the challenger.

4. Prizes?
The person with the most points after the draft will get $3 sent through Paypal and 5 icons of anything they want created by Tia. If there is a tie in time of the results on February 21, 2017, 12:00 A.M. EST TIME then there will be an hour fast round Q&A asked from the creator of this Draft.

The round will be called Speedy Trivia where the people of the tie has to compete against each other live, with only have 120 seconds to answer your questions. The tie breaks whenever the first person gets their question wrong.
The Speedy Trivia is TBD, and the tricky thing about speedy trivia is that you will not know what question is coming your way, but it will definitely be of a CHARACTER from your list.

5. How to get additional points?
POSTS! 20 post on the Legends of Tomorrow Board = 1 point! However, you can only get up to 5 points through posts per month. So basically 100 post per month = 5 points, and that's it.
Since this is a 2 month draft, the most points you can get from posts is 10 points.

6. How does the point system work?
Well you will be given three questions per round and if you are CORRECT about all the answers that's +3. If you are wrong that's a -3

7. Who can I draft?
Characters from Marvel, DC Comics and Shadowhunters. There can ONLY be 3 characters selected from random tv shows, no more than 3.

8. When is the last time someone new can join the draft?
Before January 2nd.

I know a lot to read, but it covers everything.

And the main KEY to winning is KNOWING your character and being active.

Doesn't get more simple than that. And since the competition really begins January 2nd, that gives people a lot of time to really research their characters. lol I want it to be a fair competition.

The Speedy Trivia, if it gets down to that is the ONLY time where I will exclude myself and ask all the questions.

The biggest difference is that there is a POINT system and there will be a winner, and they will get a prize!
So, if you don't have a Paypal, I guess 10 icons?

Also, I sent a pm to everyone about this thread, so it should be no confusing on Draft Day. Anyone is free to ask any confusion questions before than.

I'll do my best

suggestion for a few rules though:
A. One can only challenage another 3 times during the whole game; [so we're not picking on Lauren all the time]

B. Sources for tough answers must be given if answered incorrectly especially if it's from comic books and other sources outside tv andmovies.
C. Any disputes in Trivia answers and questions go through Tia
D. You can ask for a different opponants character if you nothing about your opponants character. Example: Person A challanges Person B... but Person B doesn't know anything about Persons As character

I'm sure I'll think of more

Well for D, you can decline the challenge if you don't know the character, so .... ? no need for that. I think I forgot to add that to the list, but you don't need to ACCEPT any challenges.

I don't mind with the sources thing though especially if a person want to know where the answer is from. So, if I gave a question from one of my comic books I guess I'll have to screenshot it.

I think people should be able to challenge whoever as many times as they want since it's a 2 month game? Probably move the 3 times up to 5 times? Because what if for some insane reason you challenge everyone 3 times?? what's next to do.

I just don't want to make this draft to complicated since there are enough rules already.

I don't want to limit a lot of things.

I think we can do the challenge 5 times per person? Which mean I can only challenge Dave the MAX 5 times?

But in general, I hope it won't mess it up for anyone, like for instance if I don't know anyone from let's say, Alex, list, it'd be difficult to accept any challenge from him.

Or probably there should be a character challenge limit? lol
