HELPING ONE OF THEIR OWN — When Nate (Nick Zano) thinks he has found a pattern to the anachronisms, it leads the Legends to London in 1897 to hunt down a time-traveling vampire. When they arrive in London, they run into Rip (guest star Arthur Darvill), but not everyone welcomes him back so quickly, leaving Sara (Caity Lotz) to make a tough choice in the end. Amaya (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) tries to connect with Zari (Tala Ashe), but she is still struggling with being part of the team. Meanwhile, Stein (Victor Garber) discovers what Ray (Brandon Routh) and Jax (Franz Drameh) are up to and is not entirely pleased. Dominic Purcell also stars.

Alexandra La Roche directed the episode written by Grainne Godfree & Morgan Faust (#305).

I do like how loyal the team is to Captain Lance. I hope we see that during the crossover.

I did like the callback with the Rip and Sara pretending to be drunk to kick some ass plan.

Rip betrayed the Legends again and his new team. That's why he's not a good leader. You can't be a lone wolf and be part of a team, even Mick knows that. Speaking of Mick and probably his bucket list wish of staking a vampire. I kind of wished they kept the Darkh's magic not working on people that were resurrected by the LP. I suppose they can go with the he was resurrected by Mallus so his powers are different. Although not working on Sara would've been more interesting for Darkh to have to deal with.*

I liked seeing Amaya and Zari bonding I just wish that she found out that the man that just came back to life is the man that killed Sara's sister. So she can see that she's not the only one that wishes she can change what happened to a sibling. Also Sara doesn't think her resurrection made her better? I wonder what she means by that.*

Rip and his obsession with Mallus is taking me back to S1. They even referenced the 1x03 fight against the guards.

With all the dark demonic eyes, I'm waiting for the Winchester brothers to make a cameo

The Time Bureau is sounding more and more like the Time Masters. Rip's basically lost control of it. I wish Ava would stop calling the Legends "idiots" everytime she sees them.

Darkh has all his memories back. I wonder if he remembers Doomworld. He's going to be so much harder to kill now with magic. Though I'm sure Sara is happy she gets to kill him now, but experience says that no one is dead forever. That device Rip used to stop time temporarily is going to come in handy.

When I first saw the title for this episode, "Return of the Mack" probably about a month ago, the first person I thought of was Mack Morrison who did this classic song. And I really didn't know that song would be the them of this episode and it totally worked.

At first when it was used as a ringtone and when it was used during the Damien Darhk's fight when he came back from the dead.

So Return of the Mack is for Darhk right?
And so much for taking Damien Darhk's humor away, it seemed the same for me.

And I don't even remember him having that much power on Arrow. So, did he get more power from being resurrected???? He seemed powerful on Arrow, but he seemed like 100x more powerful in this LoT episode.

I loved Rip in this episode before he did the obvious and betrayed the team.
I think what made matters worst is that Mick was completely right with not wanting to trust him, and Nate and Sara didn't want to as well but they sort of made a deal when he said he will get the Time Bureau off of their back.

And Rip knew yet another secret code for Gideon..... it appears that might be the last one.

I wonder why Ava thinks the legends are idiots? seeing as how she was arresting her leader in Rip there. But whatever.

I wish someone would tell Rip how awesome it would be to bring back Vandal Savage from the dead to see how his reaction would be.
I loved Sara saying if she was all about personal vendetta than she would have killed Darhi in season 2 without caring about the time... which was what she was going to do in 2x01. But eventually she grew and decided not to where as Rip keeps making the same mistakes over and over again.

Well I guess this storyline should keep Arthur off the show for a few episodes again.

Sara as the Captain is just working so person. I love how her team respects her and when Nate said he'll do anything Sara wants them to do, NOT what Rip wants them to do. I love how much she is respected, and understandably so.

I love the friendship chemistry between Amaya and Zari, it's working so well and I like how their totems are connects!

The Firestorm scenes were great and you can just understand why Jax wants to break Firestorm up for Stein's sake. Jax just wants Stein to be completely happy. However, I'm just hoping nothing goes wrong with this.
Also, liked Ray helping out.

I thought the fight scene with e song was a bit cheesy can't believe dharks back and he remembers everything

This entire episode was pure silliness and I loved it. I thought I had to have been wrong when I read the title. It's been stuck in my head since then.

God bless Mick and his hatred of vampires. Of all people to be gung-ho about saving the day,it's him. I wonder if Leonard knew about his vampire obsession. The reading glasses were so cute,too.

Nate singing the song and the comment about cell phones were hilarious. None of them are that dumb.

I think Ava thinks they're idiots because they aren't organized,rational and by the book. That and she can't bring herself to thank them or be nice. Then she'll have to admit how bad she has the hots for Sara. There's no use fighting it,Ava-Give in.

I can't see Dahrk as the mack,though.

It was so cool to see Zari talking to her brother,even if it was terrifying for her. The show has used magic before,so a medium isn't that far-fetched.

Even Rip sees the legends as screwups...
