I feel like Sara is trying to give Constantine a purpose, like how Rip gave her one when he recruited her. And while gaining a purpose, she gained a family. If Constantine was who Sara was previously, then I can see Sara trying to pay it forward. It's kind of honoring Rip too. She even said "bollocks"

But you can probably be correct about that.

I love that scene too and we'll be seeing them lots together

I think we're more invested in the characters we love, while the writers have to be more objective and write for everyone.

I agree, I'd prefer to keep the number of characters smaller so there's more time to tell their stories. For example, I'd prefer to see Sara go out on missions with each of her team mates more (just her and someone else, not as a big group), or bond with them more. And Brandon said he's actually never had a one-to-one scene with Arthur! For all the times the writers like to say they mix the team around, I don't think they do that enough actually.

Unfortunately, it seems like adding characters is something that's common for Legends. The cast will remain large for as long as the show goes on, IMO.

so true... and if it gets renewed...I'm expecting the cast to shrink...meaning if anyone wants to leave in the middle and or be character-killed -off state.... they won't be replaced

I would love a smaller cast for next season. I wonder if they're going to have Constantine still on Legends if they're going to switch themes. Maybe they'll just give him his own show.

not sure if CW will give him his own show...but maybe Matt will guest star next season on 2-3 CW shows... like Wentworth did
