That doesn't surprise me, sum1. CW often gives their shows a full season pickup after only a couple of episodes. They're not interested in ratings so much as they are in keeping their shows on the air for the purpose of... how shall I put this... correct messaging?
 As I said on the other thread, I agree that Nielsen ratings don't account for next day viewing like On Demand, which I also think must be taking into account, but I also think that a lot of what is happening will ultimately make the entire experience of TV viewing redundant, which kills the whole point. Live watching was an event, something that brought people and families together. TV is slowly becoming a quick fix, and all these streaming platforms and instant gratification binge watching is eventually just going to kill the medium altogether. That being said, Batwoman is still tanking from what I've heard online in terms of audience reactions. __________________

I haven't been that impressed with Tyler's Superman. He seems too tiny to be Superman for me.

I love him as Superman even if I am probably a little bit bias since I sort of grew up with Tyler from 7th Heaven to Teen Wolf to now Superman.
And I love Superman in general and Tyler has been great in the role for me. lol |

I liked Tyler in Teen Wolf. I just don't feel him as Superman.

He just seems too skinny. I guess I associate Superman has having a wide chest like he's shown in the comics and in animation as well as the previous actors that have played him.
I know he's in shape but compared to the other actors who have played Superman he looks really tiny. __________________

Yeah, I heard about the new Superman & Lois series.
Looks like it's an homage to the old ABC series, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman from the early 1990s. I'm happy that Tyler's Superman has gotten so popular that they wanna give him his own show, but this is still Greg Berlanti, so I know he's gonna  it up.__________________

Yes, because I know he's gonna screw it up. He teased Hal Jordan in Arrow and The Flash several times, but that was then. Now Hal Jordan's biggest problem is the same one he's had ever since the Justice League cartoon came out in 2002, that he's a white guy, and that's problematic for CW now.

If the Green Lantern show is on HBO Max I hope they are given the budget to do it right. So far the tv shows have to depower most of their heroes or find some way for them not to use their powers. Even the shows on the DC app are suffering from that.

Right now it's starting to see there won't be a point of DC app when the HBO max come out since HBO max will have a lot of the DC shows as well.
