I hope we can see more Barry and Sara bonding now that they both don't have Oliver anymore. That scene was just great. |

That was a good scene between Barry and Sara. She's right, there is nothing tying her to Star City anymore. Though I wish there was more of a goodbye scene between Oliver and Sara. I thought it was interesting how she saw Oliver die, but it was Diggle and Co. that had to convince her Oliver is never coming back.
I also like how naturally Sara just led the team, and no one questioned it. But it was kinda funny how when everyone was shooting bullets/lasers at the Anti-Monitor, and Sara was just walking around giving him the death glare I think they tried to give Ryan and Sara a little bit of an interaction to prepare for him joining the team. Hope they show more of their bonding from their shared experience of being paragons later on Legends, though I wouldn't hold my breath for it. The new White Canary emblem at the JL table reminds me of the Agents of Shield emblem. I wonder why they didn't use the usual White Canary emblem. Last edited by lancer6238; 01-15-2020 at 11:31 AM |

she'll probably leading the new CW justice league in this Decembers crossover.... the storyline won't be that big and neither will the crossover budget according to TVLine and producers.

5x01 is the best we’ve seen Sara’s emotional feelings get handled since season 2... I truly enjoyed it. Legends is a happy show but we have to see Sara have moments like this where she feels pain and hurt. |

Loved seeing the stunt rehearsal. It was better than what we actually saw in the episode because the editing made it hard to see all the moves Sara made clearly. Nonetheless, it was great seeing her fight again.
I like what we saw of Sara and Behrad's friendship so far. The drawing of Sara, Oliver and Laurel was a nice touch. It was similar to Sara/Jax, like what Caity said. However, I don't want to get too invested in their friendship because I'm not sure if Behrad will stay, especially after Zari comes back on the team full-time. I don't think the actor has been promoted to series regular. It's frustrating and unsatisfying when everyone Sara is close to leaves (Rip, Snart, Jax, Kendra, even Stein in the later seasons) and the relationships they built up just get wasted. Though I can see Ryan Choi being somewhat of a Jax to Sara too based on what happened in the crossover. That scene when Sara said all she wanted was to be able to talk to her friends, but all she got was a camera in her face, was great. That was what I wanted to see, for Sara to show her emotions about the people she lost. Caity's acting there was good too. Though that's probably the last time we'll see her talk about Oliver on this show. Other little things I enjoyed: - Sara and Constantine's friendship. She knew she wouldn't be able to talk him out of going to hell, so she told him to stay safe. You can see Constantine appreciated that too. - Sara rubbing Mick's head in the montage How far has these 2 come that she could do that without Mick burning her hand off? - Sara met Obama again! I kinda wanted to see what the director would have described Sara as, with that name caption thingy. |
