Lana has to wonder why everyone keeps saying they have seen Clark's secret. Van who shot him said that he was meteor affected, he survived Lex hit the bridge and now Alicia said that Clark told her everything...

Issue for me in this episode is the narrative that it didn't work with Alicia because "he's still in love with Lana"... he was head over heels with Alicia until she went crazy. lol He wasn't thinking about Lana.

That is true, he was infatuated with Alicia when he first saw her. Of course, he was just being a true male.
