Smallville 3x04 "Slumber" Episode Discussion
 3x04 - "Slumber" Clark dreams he is being pursued by a frightened young girl who needs his help. However, after he discovers she is actually a comatose neighbor who should have woken up years ago, he enlists Lana’s help to uncover the truth – which puts Lana in grave danger. Meanwhile, Lionel demands that Lex undergo a full psychological evaluation before he hires him. __________________

At first I definitely thought the opening scene was Clark having a dream. I know, it doesn't make sense after the last episode. __________________

I love Clark and Lana during this scene.
It's too bad this isn't real.  We only ever see angsty version of them. We needed more happy moments of them. One of the things I loved about this episode was Clark opening up to Lana. But I felt in a way it was fantasy land for Clark as well. lol Like he's happy with Lana, the Kents giving him the car, Jonathan giving Lex a fair chance... the Torch no longer being there. lol Definitely fantasy land for Clark. lol |

I love how long it took for us to realize this was some kind of dream.

These scenes are just what Clark wishes would happen.
 Poor Clark, sorry it's not true. lol Wow Clark want the Wall of Weird to stay around. This Clark and Lex scene was great!... I was like. Just wow. lol This is some great build up of weirdness. lol.... can't wait to see what's about to happen.. I think it's when for sure, you knew something was right. lol |

Dang the Lex from this world is pretty smart though.
Too bad Lex from the real world isn't this way, he would've learned Clark secret years ago. Finally, Clark is awake!! He was out for a whole day. Clark dreaming about someone he never met... sounds like something that'll happen to Lana during Season 4.  |
