Yeah, me too. LOL.
Well, it's canon so it kinda makes sense... Besides, they took to long to take vantage of this time of Lexis scene since in Lois & Clark they used to date and almost get married. And we can forget the comics right? Especially the golden age ones. LOL. __________________

I'm glad we got to see them together. With the way they are writing characters on the show I don't think there's a chance in hell
, so it was cool to see alternative versions hooking up.  Too bad the scene was so short.  __________________

I really like how Caroline Dries writes their antagonistic dynamic (Action, Gemini, Fracture). Lois's "Rhetorical question, Lex" was brilliant
When it comes to Smallville relationships, Lex/Lois is refreshingly pragmatic about each other, no sugarcoating required: I was LMAO when Lex just bluntly snatched her phone and put it in his pocket |

Umm i think it's because in one version of the comics Lois dated or married Lex before she did Clark.

Probably. Golden Age comics and "Red Sun" Lois was married with Lex too.
