Lana & Jason #1: Because he came all the way from Paris to be with her.
 

I was looking at the board and I have yet to see an appreciation thread for Lana and Jason's romance so I am putting one up.

I have never been a big fan of Lana, something about her just bothers me. But with Jason as her boyfriend, I am actually starting to like her.

These two are cute together. How he get always cracking jokes and making her smile. Lana was always so serious, it is nice to see her loosen up some. They are fun and playful as they keep their relationship a secret, sneaking romance here and there. They balance each other out well and they have good chemesitry onscreen.

It was sweet how she was tending to his shoulder after the quartherback shot at him and he was cracking jokes. I am looking forward to more of these two together.

I acutally like Lana with Lex. :]

They're ok, I guess.... I dont really like Lana so anything to keep her away from Clark, but still her and Jason do make a cute couple.

I don't exactly ship them, because I can't bring myself to care about anything Lana does, but I am glad they're together, because she is so much less annoying with him.

So I hope they stay together :)

They're cute. Jason is such a great guy and he's so laidback and funny too.

Um yeah, I don't like Lana at all but when she's with Jason (or Lex) she's just omg!soboring. Usually she's omg!killhernow.

But yeah, I like them together and hope they stay that way.

I definately have to say I prefer Lana with Jason than any of the other characters. Makes her a bit more tolerable, and well, Jason's just so darn cute. :)

And yeah, I don't really think anyone likes Lana. It's sad but not surprising.

I just hope just sticks around long enough to make some sort of a difference in Lana. I don't really like it when characters change once they enter a relationship, but anything's better than what Lana's been in the past.

So, yes... Lanson/Jalana is a scary but good thing :lol:

It's sad, but on rare ocassions do I like Lana in scenes that don't involve Jason. She grates me nerves that much, they've made the character very unappealing. But I like her with Jason, she seems to loosen up, be more care free and apparently while hooking up with him in Paris she grew up and since has traded in her primative pink wardrobe for a darker more mature way of dressing. As for Jason, he has a great personality, I love how he's not all serious and angsty like Lana is. He's almost like an opposite to her, so they balance each other out. He knows how to mix it up with humor and when to stop and be serious and say what needs to be said, I think there scene in Facade after she's released from the hospital is a perfect point of that. Kristin & Jensen have great chemistry, kinda like just perfect, cause it's not too over the top, but it's definately there. They act really well off each other.

See, in the first couple of episodes of season 4 she was better. When they were in Paris, in the first scene of Crusade, she was ... *gasp* dare I say it? ... likeable (yeah, I can't spell that) because it was this cute little joky scene - 'Hey I'm telling this story, isn't it funny because I'm talking about you' which was sweet. And I started to revise my ideas about Lana. But now...she's got that tattoo and she's part of the mythology which they're having to explain, and she's back to annoying. Like when Jason was asking her about it, and he was just asking, he wasn't being annoying or anything, and she got all angry for no good reason. So maybe I will have to revert back to the hate.

But for now I want her to stay light-hearted and angst-free. With Jason. Because when she did it with Clark, I wanted to vomit.
