Yes so that makes him 100% out of any possible appearance in the series finale . He has been on the Spike TV series Blue Mountain State.
Sam Jones III, who played Clark Kent's pal Pete Ross on Smallville from 2001-2008, pleaded guilty to conspiring to sell the painkiller oxycodone yesterday. The "hillbilly heroin" dealer now faces up to 20 years in jail. Jones was arrested at his Canoga Park, Calif., home in 2009 by the DEA. According to the U.S. Attorneys Office, he pleaded guilty to serving as the "Hollywood connection" in a conspiracy to sell more than 10,000 pills. Most recently, Jones had a regular role as Craig Shilo in the series Blue Mountain State. He also co-starred in the Karissa Shannon sex tape. Also for anyone who lives in Spain .  Optimistic about the michael news that the era Lex Luthor may return before the final episode . Hey if Kristin doesn't want to come back well her loss .... Happy to wait one more week to Chloe back __________________

I have some casting news to report. Two characters appearing in the 17th episode called "Booster" written by the infamous Geoff Johns.
Booster Gold played by Eric Martsolf. Just scroll down until you see the winking smiley, that way you don't read any spoilers. It's one small paragraph on the casting of this character and no other spoilers on Smallville.
