You mean right from the very start? I guess that means she would have grown up actually being Lex' sister. Lionel's effect on her would have changed her character drastically. So I guess she would have been a different person. I don't think that Tess would have gotten along with Lana. At least not the young Lana that was quite innocent and too sweet for that cruel world Tess would have grown up in.
But if Lionel wouldn't have raised her (in a scenario much like in earth!2) and Lana and Tess had met around the events of season one anyway somehow, I guess they could have been friends. I mean there was a time when Lana and Lex got along very well and Tess being Lex' long lost sister, there wouldn't have been a reason for Lana to dislike her or vice versa. Maybe Tess would have been impressed by the way Lana worked so hard to re-open the Talon, she might have even helped her. What do you think? __________________
