I'd be pissed if she did kill Ron. I would understand the shock factor but story wise, is it necessary given that so much of the books storylines revolved around Ron? It might be the ultimate sacrifice but he was Harry's best friend and another death of someone close to Harry will push him on the edge even more.

I probably wouldn't watch the movies too if she killed Ron. Plus I can imagine the sadness and outrage of both Harry & Hermione if that happens and it's not good.

Ron's death wouldn't benefit much the story line..I wished no one had died but that won't make it look real. It's a war after all. There was a line at the beginning when Fred was at B/F Wedding and he was talking about what he'd have done in his own Wedding, You know, when you re-read the book and you find that line, you won't be able not to be miserable..

I didn't expect Fred at all. Honestly, I thought it's gonna be Ron or Ginny mostly. Fred was a far off possibility for me that's why the shock was deeply painful.

I didn't expect Fred too. I honestly didn't expect anyone to die (from the Weasleys) but Fred definitely was a shock.
