Ah wait, I think you mean when Harry saw that message on the Golden Snitch, he decided they should go and check Bellatrix' vault? So Harry knew the Horcrux was hidden there because of the message from the Golden Snitch? I'll read up about this but I'm too lazy to do that now.

I think he just figured it out which is probably why Dumbledore gave him the Snitch since he knew Harry would eventually put two and two together.

Or perhaps Charlie and those in Romania took the dragon for safe keeping? It doesn't look like it's dangerous and would need to be taken care of since it was just chained in that bank.

Yeah same, I think they were called and took the dragon. I forgot why they had a dragon locked up in the dungeon of the bank though.

I think someone told them about the dragon hidden in the dungeon of that bank? I just forgot who. They were there to get inside Bellatrix' vault and destroy a Horcrux Voldemort hid there.
