I wish we got more moments of them wearing muggle clothes. Honestly I can't imagine Hermione & Ginny wearing skirts like that. :look:

I think we did see enough but of course not the entirety of the book. DH was split into 2 movies so they were able to cover a good amount but also still added moments that weren't in the book.

It hasn't happened yet. The last one we got was of Bonnie, Dan & Rupert (that thing with Tom) but Emma wasn't around. :sigh:
