Yes because, as you see in OotP during Occlumency with Harry, James, Remus & Sirius bullied him. That's why he never liked James and the rest of the Marauders.

And I know most of the fandom loves James, Sirius & Remus. I do too but what they did to Snape at Hogwarts back then? Not cool.

Remus didn't really do anything wrong, though.
But I hate the way James and Sirius treated Snape at Hogwarts. I think they in a way exploited Remus' vulnerability and desire to have friends to make them seem bigger than they really were. I don't think Remus was really for bullying Snape until he called Lily a Mudblood. After that, Remus sided with James and Sirius, even though the latter two boys expressed themselves inappropriately. I wonder what Snape's childhood was like. |

Yeah except Remus although he also did nothing to help Snape or stop his friends.
I'm guessing Snape had a lonely childhood, no friends and Lily was his only friend. __________________
