Nope, they didn't mention in CC if they were part of the Quidditch team so that's only an artist's rendition of the two if they were part of the team.

It sucks though, there should've been Quidditch in CC. Though I wonder how they'd do that on stage.

I think they just clicked when they met. I'm sure they both know that their fathers don't get along but that didn't stop them from being friends with each other.
