I really hope Rowling does a book series about Scorpius and Albus, because I want to read more about their friendship or maybe something more.

I don't want to say she probably won't because that would kill my own hope but I think the only difficult conflict (which is the focus of every story) in Albus's life he's already gotten through and survived. And I'm sensing she's not into writing more about his love life. At least in a book form.
