For sure. It's not normal in the muggle world so I understand the Dursleys. At the same time, I'd like for them to be scared by things like this because they deserve it.

Ah if it's the Dursleys I can't remember if Harry told them to move houses. Harry (in PoA) left eventually cause he's had it but also went back soon after.

And we know Voldemort did try multiple times to hurt Harry when he was at the Dursleys like that one time a Dementor almost hurt him but got through Dudley instead.
