But if he has valid papers (like for work and a negative Covid test + other health certificates), then I think he should be allowed to travel.

Plus he'll be there for work. It's not a vacation for him so he should be allowed to travel.
 But there's still no news of them starting to shoot but my guess is probably next month. __________________
