Although I think Newt will be perfectly fine taking care of his creatures too. It looks like he's been doing it on his own for sometime too.

Right? I figure he's been doing it for a long time too. Probably right after he graduated from Hogwarts. He is very patient with them and knows how to handle every creature.

Yes, it's illegal and that's why he's got them inside a suitcase so he doesn't get caught.

I'm thinking it's probably just an ordinary suitcase and then he did some magic on it so he can keep the creatures inside.

Like in the movie, we see him cast a spell on the suitcase that would work for no maj when they open it. For example, at customs when he arrived at New York.

He knows what the no maj will expect and so he's put a magic spell on his suitcase. He'll protect his creatures from humans in any way he can.

I had a hoot when Eddie was telling that story and he was unsure what to make of that mating dance when he read it in the script.
