It wasn't flat out shown in the movies (nor was it in the books) but just based on how Lucius & Draco are together, that seems to be the case for mother & son.

He is and Lucius seems to be the controlling type of father too. Maybe Draco just obeys him to avoid any confrontation or for Lucius to get angry at him?
