Teddy was only 1 year old when they both died so I'm assuming that drawing is a "what if" scenario if Tonks & Remus lived long enough...

Yeah, hopefully Teddy isn't like that and that whatever he was told when he grew up are all positive feedback that his parents died for the good and I'm sure Teddy will accept that.
