Way overdue, I know. I really love it when she stresses over her kids, especially the twins! And I love her sweet relationship with Arthur.

Some news from Julie.

Quote:

Speaking to the Belfast Telegraph the actress said: "Oh it was great, I was thrilled! Because Molly, mainly all through the films she's mum."

"You know, she's there looking after everybody, 'Harry hello! Stop that. Where's Ron? Ron!' It's all that sort of mummy stuff and then suddenly the inner action hero is out! So fantastic."

"I think my favourite line has got to be 'Not my daughter, you b***h!' I couldn't believe Mrs Weasley would say that but it was fabulous to say."

I wish that scene had been a little bit longer. Surely Yates could have cut a few seconds of Voldemort and Harry falling and give them to the Molly/Bellatrix fight. Bellatrix falling apart into literal pieces was a bit of a disappointment for me too. I sort of wanted to see someone kick her.

Whoo-hoo, 'Driving Lessons' to be released on Blu-Ray! :woot:

Rupert Grint's film 'Driving Lessons' to be released on BluRay!

About that, was it mentioned in the books that this happened? cause it sorta freaked me out in the movie when Bellatrix and Voldemort sorta ... disintegrated into little pieces

:yay: for being released on Blu-ray, I had no idea Julie was also in that movie

No, it wasn't mentioned in the books. It was 'movie magic'. ;)

Yes, Julie is in it. It came out 2006 so I think she was done doing GoF at that time. :)

Oh cool so it's like a mini-Weasley movie

movie magic made it look weird :goof: they're wizards, not vampires :P

I know right.

Rupert & Julie are totally different in it but you can't help but think Molly & Ron when you see them. :)

Hilarious interview!

L i N d $ @ y 08-29-2011 06:13 AM

Oh I haven't seen that interview, I'm off to watch it now.

:gone:

I love when she's asked about any of her Weasley children, she goes, "Oh my boy!!!!". I've seen an interview when she says that about Bill in DH1, like it's an automatic reaction, and the interviewer was like, but it's the first time you're meeting him, and she went something like, "Oh, you're right."

 That's funny. From reading the books and knowing the characters so well, they must've already felt a connection with them even though they've never met.

Which makes me wish that we got to meet Charlie in the movies. :(

eMGee 08-29-2011 09:45 PM

Yeah, I wish we've gotten to see Charlie too.

I like it whenever she sees Mark Williams. They call each other "mummy" & "daddy". :D
