Exactly. Although it's realistic too. We'll have friends who betrayed us or back-stabbed us. I think Peter was jealous of James.

No way will they be friends with Peter after what he did. And all because he was more loyal to Voldemort than his friends. I really enjoyed it when Sirius & Remus figured out that Scabbers was Peter and although he escaped, he died later on. Actually, all of them died eventually but both Sirius & Remus died to protect Harry.

Yes and all it took was a spell so Peter would reveal his real self. Imagine, Peter was a rat for 12 years so as to escape and hide from Sirius & Remus. Such a coward.

Yes.

The Marauders are pretty good at spells. The fact that they're can be an Animagus shows how good they are.

The 4 of them are the only ones that knew. That's why Sirius & Remus knew that Scabbers was Peter.

A wizard needs to 'register' to transform into an Animagus so if you're not registered, then it's illegal.
