I did feel it, especially in DH, that the Malfoys were regretting being a Death Eater. Their family was important to them and I like that they just walked away from everything, even distancing themselves from everyone.

Being a Death Eater really brought out the worst in them. There were instances where I thought Lucius could've killed Harry (like in OoTP at the Ministry scene) or Narcissa would've told Voldemort that Harry was alive in DH. Draco could've killed Harry in DH too but none of that happened.

I'm always drawn to the villains on TV shows and movies for some reason.

I mean heroes won't be heroes if it weren't for the villains and vice-versa.
