Yeah we saw him flying around at the end when harry was telling Ron and Hermione he wasn't planning to return to hogwarts. But that's the last of him

In the books there was a proper funeral for Dumbledore and it was held at the Hogwarts grounds. There's a picture for it on Pottermore.
