I started reading The Mortal Instruments books, and I'm on the last one already.

Oh wow, I need to start reading those too. I'm backlogged with books because I keep watching new TV shows.

Btw, did you know that TCV will be made into a TV series? It will air in 2014.

They are so good, it was definitely a nice surprise. Ahah watching tv shows is good too.

I did, but I didn't know there was a date already! It's really awesome it's gonna be a tv show, I can't wait to watch it.

No date yet but it will be next year. We'll have another show to look forward to.

Love this.

I can't wait.

Oh I love that too. She has the best quotes! And that crown is very fitting.

Haha, Queen Rowling.

I can't get over the fact that she's so thankful to all of us for making HP a success. I have to say more thanks to her for bringing HP into our lives. It'll be here for years to come and that is what she will leave for generations to come.

Exactly, she's very humble. I remember her being kinda surprised when a girl told her "thank you for making my childhood" (or something around this). That's pretty much how all of her fans feel about HP. This book will be present in many generations to come.

Q: Is the kindle the future or literature or is it the death of publishing?

“Um, it’s somewhere in between. There’s no doubt it’s had a huge impact on publishing,
But for all the doom-mongering about Kindle, we should be encouraged that people want to read on whatever device it is. Personally I’ll always be faithful to paper, I love a physical book. I love it. but i do understand the appeal of the digital book. particularly when you’re traveling, when you’re away from home. so i think it can be both.”

I agree so much with her on that. I prefer to own the books in paper, even though some can be really heavy and a bitch to read.

What I love about books are the covers and the smell. Ebooks will never have that. For convenient reasons, ebooks are the way to go especially when you travel. So I would say yes to both too.

I have a kindle, but I still buy the actual books.
Still, I'm so glad I bought a kindle, it's so useful when I go somewhere. Last month I had to spend a whole night at the airport, I had my kindle and I read two and a half books, I couldn't have done that otherwise.

I love the smell of books too.

And I agree that kindles are really useful when you're travelling. You can take many books with you in just a small thing.

And most people are mobile now so an ebook reader is a must.
