I wasn't too sad about Hedwig's death. It came as a surprise for sure and it's still sad overall but I wasn't too upset over it the way I was upset over Dobby's death.

My dog is blind now but at least he still has his smell and that's how he knows it's me.

Yes he has a strong sense of smell. Once I opened a dog snack quietly and thought I was safe but then a few minutes later he's there and wants a bite. He knows the smell.

Yeah that movie is graphic and violent. I haven't watched it in full yet because I keep getting interrupted but I'll watch both movies soon.
