Do you think if Harry tried to leave the Dursleys that they'll look for him just cause they feel obligated to but they still won't take care of him?

If Harry left on his own volition, then yes they'd look for him so as they won't look like the bad people because they are at least giving him a roof to live on. Inside is a different story though. They don't treat him well so Harry really is better off without them.

If I was Harry, I'd most likely lock myself up in the room given to me and only go out if I need to use the bathroom and to eat. I won't talk to the Dursleys and get out of their business and let them be. But that's me of course.

Sometimes I hate my family but then I remember the Dursleys and at least I don't have family or relatives like them.
