I'm not sure how divorce works in the wizarding world. Plus they probably agreed to stay together even though they don't love each other.

So somehow I can understand why Bellatrix loved Voldemort more because he supported whatever she did and that made her happy. Still it was sick and twisted and I can't even call it a relationship between them because Voldemort is obviously just using Bellatrix for personal gain.
