Yeah it kinda looks new but at the same time, HBC is currently shooting The Crown so maybe she's busy with that and not yet attending events but I wouldn't know.

I saw some BTS of her shooting for The Crown so they're not yet done. Although I think they'll be done before December in time for the holidays.
