They all did. Even when Ii first read that part I thought he died although I thought it's impassible that Harry would just die that way with Voldemort not defeated.

Yep, it's all in the book. Harry went into limbo that time meaning he was on the verge of death. Then Dumbledore appeared for him and with the help of his parents' love and Sirius and Remus, he survived.
