Yeah that was the part where Newt took away the spell on Jacob. He knew right away that Jacob was under the love potion.

It'll be hard for wizards not to notice it. I do wonder if it's Jacob though. For example it was Newt that was given a love potion. I don't think Jacob would notice but he'd probably think Newt is acting weird?

Okay found a clip. Newt here literally tells Queenie that she doesn't need the enchantment to marry Jacob.
So to me, this part was only made so that there will be some angst between Jacob & Queenie so she'd feel conflicted and go to Grindelwald in the end. __________________
