The Burrow may not look like much, but I imagine it was a great place to grow up. I envy the Weasley siblings.

It is, in the middle of nowhere. Growing up, I hated the idea of being in the middle of nowhere, with the nearest shops and populated places miles away. But now, it'd be a nice thing to get away to every so often. I wonder exactly how far the Weasleys were from Ottery St. Catchpole. From the view we got in CoS, it looked like they were miles away from anything.

Yeah it looked like they were miles from anywhere. They probably use the flying car a lot. Or just apparate (in the case of Arthur & Molly).

Or they used to Floo Network. I wouldn't want to be that isolated from the world. But Ron says they live just outside Ottery St. Catchpole, so they can't be too far away from the village.

Unless you count Fred and George blowing things up.

It does look like a lovely place to live, and the Weasley siblings got to grow up with all that wide-open space.

HAHA! Those two need to behave themselves when they're at home but I can't blame them for living a bit reckless.

I would love to read something about how Arthur & Molly raised their kids like how were all them when they were kids. It must be really loud and noisy back then.
