Oh, dear lord. I just realized who it was. I thought the baby was his legs and so it was a midget in red sitting on the ledge.

It seems to me that the person, who holds the baby, is Michael Jackson. I can remember an article about him and a baby at a balcony. That's insane. By the way, cool picture.
