"Eleanor Rigby"

How about 'Yer Blues'. That's fairly depressing...

Sgt. Pepper all the way!!!

Even though it's kinda cliche to think so, Sgt. Pepper is my favorite album. Well, I think so, anyway. I kinda have this cycle where I always have two favorites, and it changes depending on my phase. However, one of them is always Sgt. Pepper!!

Okay, umm....

Let it Be or Hey Jude?

Aww, Let It Be. But that was hard! They're BOTH awesome and beautiful. But I can actually listen to LIB all the way, whereas with HJ I listen until like 2 minutes past when all the "na-na-na" stuff is, then I change the song.

OK OK

John before Yoko, or after Yoko?

John after Yoko. I prefer John in his artist/activist stage rather than his rocker stage. I also think that Yoko had a lot to do with helping to bring out his more creative and unusual side.
I could have done without Yoko herself, though.

Which is more disturbing:
"Revolution 9"
or
Any given track from Pink Floyd's "The Wall"?

Bumping, but also "Love You To" because it's slightly wiggier and unusual. But it's a tough call.

"Revolver"
or
"Rubber Soul"?

ETA: Wait, we've already had that. All right.

Would you rather hear:

John Lennon singing "Smells Like Teen Spirit"
or
Kurt Cobain singing "Imagine"?

John singing "Smells like..." of course!

Um... This is not exactly a this or that, but which Beatle did you like most as a Simpsons character?

George, just because his cameo was funnier and more unexpected. (Although Yoko as Barney's girlfriend was great...but that wasn't a true cameo because she didn't voice it. I think.)

In honor of Johnny Ramone (r.i.p.):

Who's most likely to be the anti-Beatles?
The Clash ("phony Beatlemania has bitten the dust")
or
The Sex Pistols (well, they're anti-everything, really)
or
The Ramones (no bloody suits, no bloody moptops, just lots of attitude!)

?

Ok, well, I'd say the Clash. Yeah, the Sex Pistols were kinda anti-everything but it seems like a lot of that was an image thing. I'd say the Ramones probably could've gone either way, but the Clash for sure would have been anti-Beatles.

Damn, now I have to think of something...

Ok, if you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life would you rather:
Across the Universe
OR
Here Comes the Sun?
