The SECOND single is CIRCUS! It was confirmed today through her official website and is said to be an "up-tempo track, produced by Dr. Luke and Benny Blanco."
She has already filmed the video for this- last Tuesday and Wednesday to be exact (both 14 hour days). The single is predicted to be released late November right before the release of her album.

According to Amazon.com and the promo packet released by Jive Records, a two-disc Deluxe Edition of Circus will be released on December 2, 2008.

That last track might be a little confusing to Brit fans, considering that she already has a song called “Radar,” produced by Bloodshy and Avant (the team behind “Toxic”) and the Clutch. Is this a separate song, or is Britney going on repeat mode? Her label, Jive Records, tells us it’s the same song, but it might be a different mix.

OMG I love the cover and I really love the track list. God I am so excited about this album. I can't wait to by the album and the deluxe edition. OMG justin said her liked womanizer that is awesome. Roll on december.

I'm excited. But I don't really like the cover. I think it's a little too sweet. I like her more tough looks or more circusthemed. Like the fan-made covers + the photoshopping is really bad.
I hope mmm Papi is not about Adnan, because they said she calls him that way and the other one about amy winehouse

Still I can't wait for the album 28 november!!

Hm I'm not sure if I like the cover... I expected something different. Don't get me wrong, Britney looks beautiful. But something is missing. It's too simple

The track list sounds good. Very promising.
But Radar as bonus...

The track, contrary to reports, does NOT feature Justin Timberlake - nor does the other Garibay produced track titled "Quicksand," which did not make the final cut.
