They still show Emilie's 2nd episode
"Acts of Congress" as on tap. The next episode is a repeat of a 2003 one though. Work's work, though. Visibility for Emilie... Sort: By Relevance | Chronologically • The Handler - "Acts of Congress" KTVT, Fri Jan 16 09:00pm CST • The Handler - "Acts of Congress" WCBS, Fri Jan 16 09:00pm CST • The Handler - "Acts of Congress" KCBS, Sat Jan 17 12:00am CST • The Handler - "Under Color of Law" KTVT, Fri Jan 23 09:00pm CST • The Handler - "Under Color of Law" WCBS, Fri Jan 23 09:00pm CST • The Handler - "Under Color of Law" KCBS, Sat Jan 24 12:00am CST It's been trimmed to 15 episodes per this article: Article Previously given a full season commitment by CBS the crime drama The Handler, starring Joe Pantoliano as a seasoned FBI man training agents to go undercover, has been trimmed back to 15 episodes by the network. Premiering strongly, and given the extra boost when Pantoliano picked up an Emmy for playing Ralph Cifaretto in The Sopranos, The Handler’s initial performance was a contributing factor in NBC’s decision to drop the critically acclaimed Boomtown screened in the same time-slot. With Boomtown cancelled and replaced by Third Watch, John Wells’ rescue drama featuring fire-fighters, police and paramedics, ratings for The Handler went into decline. Training his team to go undercover to solve crimes in Los Angeles, Pantoliano’s Joe Renato knows from personal experience that working undercover is an all-or-nothing job. Going to great lengths to make sure they are totally prepared, both mentally and physically, he helps them walk the fine line between fighting crimes and committing them. Showing on Sky One from Monday 19 January, though CBS representatives insist The Handler has not been cancelled, industry insiders predict the series will not be around for much longer. -Gloriana __________________

Thanks all for keeping us up-to-date.
The Handler might be in trouble - but I think every little acting job for Emilie is great. It allows her to buy more dog food and to improve her acting. Steady work would be even nicer - but she's young and she'll make it. |

I heard there's going to be another CSI taking place in NYC. I'd love it if Emilie became a regular on that cast.

I wish Emilie was in more scenes. But the scenes she did have were great. Love the accent. Love her hair. Too bad the show was cancelled and she can't come back.

I just watched it while capping it. Definitely not as much screen time as last time but it was still nice.
Too bad it got cancelled. Her character seemed like she would have popped up once in a while. Here are some caps. Not as ridiculously big as last time. More screen caps. [ 02-14-2004: Message edited Lucy Pearl ] |

Em was great. Although I kept laughing when Gina was having "sex" with Klein. You could hear her in the background.
