Um, Tinypic.com altho, that just hosts that image, you don't have an account. You can also use imageshack.us which you can have an account with, but you don't have to.
I'm on photobucket at the moment and am not having any problems with it. Weird! Tahra __________________

Both of you have no problem with your accounts  ???? That's really weird. I've seen friends whose account was down too, so I thought it was photobucket but now I'm not sure, maybe it's just me?! But on the other hand I can't even access their homepage (Photobucket)__________________
