WOW! That's definitely one of the worst! I think the absolute worst would probably be all those times Homer is seen running around in his Birthday Suit!

Hmm I dont know if this counts. I love the episode "Tennis the menance" but that episode the colour was completely off, it was so bright and it felt odd and off putting!
