Totally forgetting what happened the last time something like this was tried (in "Girls Just Want to Have Sums"), Lisa tries to change how Springfield Elementary teaches its kids; Groundskeeper Willy becomes the new coach of the school Mathletes team, because math is not a spectator sport.

This is the season 26 finale.

I have heard this is supposed to be a very good episode. I didn't get to watch it, but will do soon. What was it like?

I only caught some of it at the beginning. I was watching the Billboard Music Awards.

IMO it's one of the worst and least funny episodes ever! :yawn: The only good and funny part was the couch gag.

That's a shame to hear. I'll still check it out though.

Was camping so I missed this one. Hopefully I'll get to it today!

I actually really enjoyed this episode.

What did you like about it?

Lisa getting "drunk" off of mountain dew.
Lisa & Willie scenes, and Willie teaching the kids.
Bart figuring out the math problem by looking at Homers hair.

I didn't know it was the season finale though. Definitely didn't feel like the end of the season!

Btw, the episode is re-airing Sunday (6/28).

Just missed it! :(

I only caught the solution in Homer's hair. Though I expected him to draw it on the paper, not in Homer's hairline.
